In particular, it is important for you to understand the ways in

The "Pollite Lens" opinion database is a free service provided by the
Pollite Organization

By creating and using an account in our system, you indicate that
you understand and agree to the following:

| You cannot change or delete information after you enter it | |
You have no right to delete your account, or to change or withdraw
any information you have posted into our web site. This information may,
at our discretion, be permanently accessible by users of the site.

| Some basic rights we reserve | |
We reserve the right to refuse to grant an account or refuse
access to any of our system's resources by anyone at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right to delete, or not delete, any claim, account, or
other data for any reason, including but not limited to postings

We may also delete or change information in order to meet technical or
administrative objectives related to effective and efficient operation
of our service. For example, old information may be deleted, or all
information may be deleted when the Lens software or hardware is expanded
or changed, or suffers some misfortune.

| Commercial use is prohibited | |
You may not sell advertising space on content that you post
into our database, and are not entitled to any advertising
revenue generated from pages on our site.

You also may not use our databases, web site, or other facilities, to
engage in any type of business or economic activity. You may not use our
systems to communicate with customers or vendors. You may not use our
systems for communication between employees or other representatives
of your organization.

You may not post information which is intended (or appears to be) solely
for the purpose of publicizing any organization, product or service.
In particular, you may not post product advertisements, brochures, specifications,
or competitive analyses. Nor may you post phone numbers, addresses,
or other contact information for any person, business, or organization.
You MAY post references to web pages (URL's) containing such information; however
we reserve the right to determine whether such postings are appropriate,
and take any action we deem necessary in response to these postings.

Attempts to use our system for commercial purposes will constitute an
abuse/attack of our systems and reason for legal action against you.

This prohibition is enforced selectively and at our sole discretion.

| Disclaimer of responsibility | |
The Pollite Organization is solely responsible for providing "The Pollite Lens"
opinion database service, and has sole authority over its operation.
In particular, our sponsors and users have no responsibility or authority
to direct the operation of this service.

Although we do our best to keep all systems working properly, we do
not guarantee that the Lens service will always be accessible or that it
will always function properly. We have no obligation to continue to provide
access to this service, or to make or not make any changes in the service,
including deletion or modification of any information in our databases
(which includes all contents posted by users). You agree not to attempt to
hold us liable for any damages resulting from your use of the "Pollite
Lens" service, including damages resulting from its discontinuation,
modification, malfunction or mismanagement.

Furthermore, in no event shall The Pollite Organization or any of its employees,
directors, or officers be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this service
or any information delivered by it, even if The Pollite Organization has been
advised of the possibility of such damage.

The Pollite Organization specifically disclaims any warranties, including,
but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. The "Pollite Lens" opinion database service is provided on an "as is"
basis.

We also specifically disclaim any reponsibility to prevent any specific
types of materials from being submitted to the lens, including URL links
to any kind of information, including information that may not be legally
transmitted, stored, or viewed in certain jurisdictions. We cannot be held
responsible for preventing any person from posting any content in the Lens.
We are not responsible for any effects of allowing this content
to remain part of the Lens for any period of time.

We also specifically disclaim any responsibility to identify or determine
the age of our users, or to ensure that any particular person has not created
multiple accounts on our system, or used a false name in any aspect of
communicating with our service or organization.

We also specifically disclaim any responsibility to prevent unauthorized
access to our facilities, including interception by third parties of transmissions intended to
be private, and/or impersonation of our users. We have no responsibility to investigate or take other
action when such activities are reported to us.

| Potential for offensive content | |
This service allows users to anonymously post almost any information
into a public database, including links to other pages on the World Wide Web.

It is possible that some information posted by users of the Lens will
be offensive to some people, or will contain links to information offensive to some people.
We can provide no assurance that this will not happen, nor are we obliged to take
action to prevent or correct such problems.

| Access by minors | |
Users of the Lens are not screened by age or other criteria. All users are
treated as if they were adults, and have the same access to all public
contents of the system. Parents may want to use content-filtering
mechanisms to prevent access to our site by their children.

| Ownership and Copyright of Postings | |
You promise that all information you enter into our systems
is originally created by you, and not subject to any copyright held by you or anyone else.

We may change the terms of this agreement at any time without
notice, but a copy of the amended agreement will always be found published
